SMEs still optimistic about H2 growth prospects: study

 

SMEs are still optimistic about their growth prospects in the second half of 2011, despite adjusted forecasts suggesting Singapore's GDP growth this year will be slower than initially expected.

 

Their outlook on both turnover and profitability have improved, according to a joint study conducted by Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and DP Information Group.

 

And this is despite the fact that the survey was done between the first and third week of June – when debt troubles in Europe started to gain attention worldwide.
